How to deposit
- Open the Betika app or site and log in with your registered phone number.
- Tap 'Deposit' on your account dashboard.
- Select M-Pesa as your payment method.

- Confirm and you'll get an STK push prompt on your phone.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN when prompted.

Give it five minutes. If nothing changes, check your M-Pesa statement for the paybill reference and contact Betika support with that reference number.
Withdrawal stuck on pending.
Pending withdrawals during odd hours or high traffic (think mega jackpot deadline nights) can take longer. Wait it out before opening a support ticket.
Wrong phone number linked to the account.
